Offering lessons on Sundays at Booths Music, Louis is a classically trained pianist currently studying for a Music Performance degree at the Royal Northern College of Music under the guidance of Jeremy Young. With a strong academic foundation and a thoughtful approach to teaching, Louis supports students of all ages and abilities in developing both technical skill and musical confidence.

Louis has considerable performance experience, particularly as a solo pianist and as an accompanist for music exams and recitals. He has also performed in chamber settings, giving him a broad understanding of ensemble playing and musical collaboration—an insight he brings into his lessons to help students become well-rounded musicians.

An all-round musician with wide-ranging musical tastes, Louis also enjoys performing as a cellist and has extensive experience playing bass guitar in various bands. This versatility allows him to connect with students across different musical interests, blending classical technique with a flexible, modern outlook where appropriate.
