Instrument Collection Service

Our new collection service offers instrument repairs with the added convenience of pick-up and delivery. 

Pickup and return days are currently the mornings of Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the service is available for those in Bolton and its surrounding areas. However, if you are slightly further afield don’t hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do for you. Please see below for more information.

FAQs

What instruments do we service/ repair? 

Instruments that we repair include guitars, string instruments, woodwind, brass and more.

What is the turnaround time for repairs? 

It all depends on how many instruments are in at any one time. We aim to have your repairs finished as quickly as possible, but if a job requires more urgency please mention it on enquiry.

How do I pay?

An invoice link, payable by bank card, will be sent to you via text or email. Payments can also be made on the phone or in person if collecting.

How much is a collection service pickup/ delivery?

The service includes both pickup and delivery of your instrument(s) for £10, which will be added on to the total invoice of your repair.

How much is the repair?

Please see our repairs price-list for full details. If the job needs a specific quote, we will let you know as soon as possible.

What areas does the pickup and delivery include?

At the moment we are covering the Bolton area up to an 8 mile radius (please see our map for specifics). If you are outside this area, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange.
