All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. If we are out of stock for an item someone will contact you to discuss delivery or refund options.
Shipping on vouchers is available nationwide throughout the UK. For instruments, including our own Booths branded products, we offer local delivery only to BL postcodes. If there is no delivery option through the checkout, it will likely be due to the destination postcode being outside of these areas. Please contact us with any queries and / or if you’re outside of Bolton and would like to arrange dropoff. Click-and-collect is available for any purchase.
You are entitled to a full refund 14 days after receiving a product. For further information or return requests after this time period, please call Booths on 01204 522908. Instruments sold online have been checked through our professional workshop. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries about playability – our repair staff will always endeavour to help and resolve any issues.
